By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Friend24x7 services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a listener, counselor, or team member.

  • Users under 18 may only access services with parental/guardian consent.

Description of Services

  • Friend24x7 provides emotional support, listening, and wellness conversations.

  • We are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency services.

  • If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services immediately.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must:

  • Communicate respectfully with counselors and listeners.

  • Refrain from vulgar, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit language.

  • Not attempt to sexualize conversations, make lustful advances, or harass/misbehave with counselors (male or female).

  • Not display nudity, obscene gestures, or inappropriate content during video calls.

  • Respect the privacy of others — no recording or sharing sessions without consent.

🔒 Important: For safety, all calls may be recorded for internal review. Recordings are never shared publicly.

🚫 Violation: Any breach of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate suspension of services, permanent account termination, and may lead to strict legal action.

Payments & Billing

  • Payments for subscription plans or sessions are due upon receipt.

  • Plans activate immediately upon successful payment.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods.

Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Users may cancel at any time through their account settings.

  • Cancellation does not guarantee a refund (see Refund Policy).

Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • No refunds will be issued in cases of misconduct or violation of the Code of Conduct.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on Friend24x7 are owned by us.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse our intellectual property.

User Content

  • Users are responsible for any content they share.

  • Harmful, illegal, or abusive content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Termination
