At Friend24x7, we value your trust and are committed to providing transparent and fair refund practices. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to payments made for our services and subscription plans.
Scope of Refunds
This policy applies to:

Subscription plans purchased through Friend24x7.

One‑time session payments.

Application deposits (for listeners/counselors).
Session Refunds & Rescheduling

If a counselor is not assigned within the promised 60‑minute window, you are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our side, we will reschedule at no extra cost or issue a refund.

If you miss a session without prior notice, refunds are not available.
Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account settings.

Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been used.

Partial refunds may be offered for unused portions of long‑term plans, at Friend24x7’s discretion.
Application Deposits

Listener/counselor applicants who do not pass the interview or withdraw before joining are eligible for a full refund of the $20 commitment fee.

Deposits are non‑refundable once an applicant is accepted and onboarded.
No‑Show & Late Cancellations

If you cancel a session less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.

No‑shows (failure to attend without notice) are non‑refundable.
Misconduct & Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued if a user is found violating our Code of Conduct (e.g., vulgar language, harassment, nudity, or misuse of services).

In such cases, accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund.
Service Unavailability

If Friend24x7 services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues, affected users may request a partial refund or account credit.
Refund Timelines & Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Exceptions

Non‑refundable fees include processing charges and partially used subscription periods.
